Over the course of more than 30 years, Mr. Carfora has successfully represented thousand of claimants for Social Security Disability benefits at all stages of appeal. He appears frequently before Administrative Law Judges of the Social Security Office of Adjudication and Review and has practiced before the Social Security Appeal Council and in the Federal Courts.

He currently focuses most of his representation on disability claimants at the Administrative Law Judge level of appeal.

Mr. Carfora also assists disabled workers eligible to receive long-term disability benefits through their employer’s ERISA disability plans or through privately purchased plans.
